Curried Chicken with Rice Waffle

  • Sushi rice
  • Exquisitarium chicken curry
  • Fresco coliander
  • Sriracha sauce

We wash the rice well and cook it for 15 minutes putting a third more water than its weight. Once cooked we let it rest for 5 minutes covered.

Put the rice in a waffle iron and bake it for 10 minutes at 220 ºC, once browned, remove it from the mold and set aside.

Without defrosting previously, pierce the top of the curry chicken package in several places and heat it for 7 minutes at 800W.

To serve, place the rice waffle on the base of the plate and on top of it, place the chicken strips with the sauce.

We decorate the dish with a little bit of raw leek, cut in very thin slices and chopped fresh coriander, we finish it with a few drops of sriracha sauce to give it a little sparkle.

A simple dish and very easy to prepare.
